of the Children of the American Revolution

Opening remarks (above) by Iva Arpin, Sr. President of the local C.A.R.

Rachael King, the new Connecticut C.A.R. State President,
delivers the "Tribute of Petals" while the Roster of Avery Patriots is read.

David Kulka, President of the Gen. Ebenezer Huntington Soc. of the C.A.R.,
reads the poem "Let us now redeem the remainder of the Battle Field."

A C.A.R. wreath is laid at Thomas Avery's gravestone.

Firing of muskets in honor of those patriots who died.

C.A.R. Flag Chairman Erik Nelson sings "I'm Proud to be an American."

Closing benediction by C.A.R. Chaplain Bonnie Lathrop.
