On July 22, 2000, the Avery Memorial Association held its annual reunion meeting at the Elks Club in Groton, CT. The meeting started at 12 noon with a welcome by President Peter Schellens. A report by Secretary Betty Brustolon followed, as did reports from Vice President Kathy Johnson and Association Historian Stephanie Lantiere. After the meeting a buffet lunch was served.
